My husband and I attended Rhythms of the Night recently. It was a wonderful, romantic event! I want to wholeheartedly thank the staff member who ran across the beach to bring the sweater I left behind at our table to our boat just seconds before it was to depart! We cannot thank him enough. We also did the Canopy Tour and are very impressed with the caliber of service and everyone we encountered with Vallarta Adventures. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and praise your company for some great tours. My husband and I recently vacationed in Puerto Vallarta and had the best vacation ever due to your program. We attended the Rhythms of the Night to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and we went to the Marietas Island and enjoyed every minute of the day with our tour guide, Pepe and his co-staff. He was an EXCELLENT tour guide, funny, humorous and very entertaining, and so was his staff - they made us laugh and made us feel very special, so please make sure you pass this information to him. I just spent 5 days in Puerto Vallarta and my boyfriend and I did 2 Vallarta Adventure trips. I just wanted to inform you that we had such a wonderful time on both trips. For the past 3 years we have enjoyed several of your tours from snorkeling at the Marietas Island, to Whale Watching, the Sierra Madre Expedition, Caletas By Day and lastly Caletas By Night. I was in Puerto Vallarta in January with my mother and we were on the trip Rhythms of the Night with you, and that was the most fantastic we have seen. Now my mother is gone, she died of cancer, and I was promising her to visit her grandchild in PV again and once again go on you're trip "Rhythms of the Night". I know that she wanted to see that again, but she can't do it, but I'm going to keep my promise to her and I will come back in the beginning of February and once moor go on your trip R.O.T.N. My wife and I scheduled a tour to Las Caletas, the "Rhythms in the Night" tour, which was an excellent arrangement. After the boat had passed out into open water the sea became extremely rough to the point that several passengers (self included) were forced to procure paper bags. My wife doesn't deal with rough water well and underwent trauma that caused the her to enter a mild phase of shock. Your employee Edgar, who was the coordinator of the tour offered my wife superb and professional attention when it came to her environment, administration of oxygen and medications. At no time did we feel we were in incompetent hands. Meanwhile, he was able to keep everybody on the trip up and happy, and participating in the festivities. Again, I would like to show our thanks for Edgar and his devotion to his position. Vallarta Adventures should be proud to have him on staff. Not to forget the rest of the crew and a the kind people in Las Caletas. We will be sure to tell everyone of the fine quite of service available through Vallarta Adventures.

We just returned from Puerto Vallarta and enjoyed three of your excursions. They are indeed, the best excursions we've taken. The scuba trip at Marietta's Islands was fantastic. First, our scuba instructor at the hotel, Gerhart or Gary in English was superb. We had done the intro course elsewhere and my experience was bad. However, Gary was patient and offered more tips to help me equalize. Once on the trip, our divemaster, Mario was again wonderful. He was incredibly patient as I again had problems equalizing. What a marvelous staff Vallarta Adventures employs. Our next excursion was the dolphin swim. We were quite impressed by Fernando the trainer and veterinarian. Everyone at the site was wonderful. The experience was breathtaking. Finally, Friday night we topped the week off with "Rhythms of the Night." The presentation was fantastic, dinner was quite delicious, the view, again breathtaking, and as expected the staff was more than attentive and professional. Thank you so much for making our vacation pleasantly unforgettable. We will highly recommend your company to our friends traveling to Vallarta and definitely book more excursions with you on our future visits to Puerto Vallarta. Many, many thanks.

We are a group of 6 friends who recently visited Puerto Vallarta and went on several of your tours. They included the snorkeling day trip with Giovanny, "Rhythms of the Night," and the Sierra Madre expedition with Olinka. All were fabulous and made a lasting impression on us. Since we've been home (Washington state/Idaho border), you can be sure that word of mouth has been in action and we have said nothing but great things about Puerta Vallarta and especially Vallarta Adventures. I wanted to write you though, to specifically acknowledge Olinka and the vast amount of information she gave us regarding Mexican culture. She truly seemed to enjoy her work, which made it that much more exciting for our tour. Olinka was both spirited and intellectual. My husband and I actually went on the Rhythms of the Night tour on December 14th for my birthday! He surprised me, I think I feel in love again it was one of the most incredibly magical nights I have had in a very long time, the night was wonderful from the beginning when the crew on board made my husband and I laugh when they danced, I still have the one guy who did the Michael Jackson, it was priceless!! It is amazing that I have lived here for 12 years now and never been to Caletas. It was even more mystical and magical since I had no sense of location once we started to dock and all you saw is tiki torches and then as we start to head to the show the night was taking me to another time and place! The show was incredible, actually Wilberth is one of the staff at Caletas he used to work with me so it was really nice to get the inside tour. I have been to Cancun, I felt like I was in Tulum. I was observing the faces of the people who from over hearing on the boat it was the fit time in Mexico were mesmerized! How could you not be, the dancers were magnificent! I was continually impressed, as the staff very, very efficiently, quietly started to direct us to tables. he of course put us by the beach as most of the other starry eyed lovebirds! The waves in front of us. We actually had the dinner that no other restaurant could offer, a table by the sea, no one listening to your husband as he compliments you with no inhibitions, no one can hear so what the heck!! The dinner was also very good for a buffet, a really great variety, I think it was well thought out to have hot real mushroom gravy that you could top your chicken with, Grilled beef, fresh tortillas, salad bar, and so much more. Cafe de olla and real Mexican desserts. Then we went for a walk around and it was funny a woman was at the bar and said, "this is a very unique island." I told her she was not on a island but it sure feels like it! My husband was impressed too he loved all, for him other than seeing that my Birthday was the best! Really enjoyed the show, the food , the Drinks were something he commented on the quality! The night ended just after we had time to really relax, walk around the "Island"! I noticed many, many people (couples canoeing in the hammocks). We headed back and the crew had some more fun and then lowered the lights to allow all the couples that were in the romance Zone to slow dance and enjoy the ride back. The entire trip took me away for a few wonderful hours, I experienced a magical night. And wanted to applaud all the hard working staff for their great job. Thanks

Hello to everyone at Vallarta Adventure! I would like to say thank you for making our stay in Puerto Vallarta one of the most enjoyable experiences ever! My boyfriend and I went on two seperate excursions through your company and both were excellent! We went on the Sierra Madre Expedition and "Rhythm of the Night." I would like to thank individually Gustavo AKA "Free Willy." Not only was he entertaining and knowledgable but he was more than willing to hear about where we come from as well. He also knew a fair amount about the places we all came from which I think is wonderful. When we saw "Free Willy" again outside of work, he was an incredible person, more than willing to answer any questions we had about Mexico. Even on his day off he represented himself, your company and you country in an exceptional way.

I would like to take a moment to commend your entire operation for making our trip to Puerto Vallarta incredible. My girlfriend and I went on the "Rhythms of the Night" Cruise, and the Boat Ride (snorkel trip) to the Marietas Islands, on both of which our director did a fantastic job. They were both excellent experiences and ones we will remember for a very long time. We both felt that we got a good value for our money. The knowledgeable crew, the quality food, and the cleanliness were just some of the aspects that added to the enjoyable excursions. It's rare that I provide positive feedback about a service or product I have purchased, but the time we had with Vallarta Adventure was amazing!
