At the Vallarta Adventures Dolphin Center and Marine Mammal Educational Facility in Nuevo Vallarta Mexico, a family of sea lions and the people who care for them are working together to learn a little more about marine mammals in hopes that this knowledge will lead to an increased appreciation and respect for these amazing animals and the environment we share.
Our educational and entertaining sea lion programs offer you and your children the unique opportunity to learn more about these fun-loving and facinating marine mammals while getting to know our friendly family of sea lions and their professional marine mammal trainers in our hands-on, interactive sea lion programs.

 Cassandera is a one year old sea lion from Isla de Lobos, Uruguay. She has a great sense of humor and loves to play. She's madly in love with Litubu, and when he's around her world just stops and her eyes melt into his. Ricky is her trainer.
 Litibu is a 3 year old sea lion from Isla de Lobos, Uruguay. He is named after a secluded beach north of Vallarta. He is a professional kisser and participates in the Sea lion Encounter program at the dolphin center. Ali is his trainer.
 Marina was born in 2004 in Isla de Lobos, Uruguay. Her best friend is Xhanath, and they have lots of fun together playing and jumping around in the waterfall. Marina loves having her belly rubbed, kisses and hugs. Her trainer is Ali.
 Monico is an 8 year old Sea Lion from Rosarito, Baja California. Karina is his trainer and he has been at the Dolphin Center since 2002. He has an Italian name because he loves to dance, sing, jump and, of course, kiss the girls. His trainer is Karina.
 Sayula is a 3 year old from Uruguay. She loves to flirt with the boys and so always gets her own way even though she can be stubborn sometimes. Abel is her trainer, and he just loves her lively spirit.
 Xanath (pronounced Shana) is also from Uruguay. She is the show-off out of all the Sea Lion family and will do anything to get attention. She plays so much that she needs snooze a few times every day. Her trainer is Ricky. | | |
